Peter Jackson's adaptation of Alice Sebold's best-selling novel is narrated by Susie Salmon (Saoirse Ronan), a 14 year old girl murdered in the 1970s. Susie watches over her family from heaven as her suburban neighbourhood moves on, little suspecting they have a murderer in their midst in the form of Mr Harvey (Stanley Tucci).
